How to Order
Once you have found the product that you are interested in, click the add to cart button. Do this for all the items you want to purchase, and then click the checkout button to fill in the required information. Next, select your desired payment and shipping option. Once your order has been placed, a confirmation message will be sent to you via e-mail.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has already been processed. Nonetheless, if you no longer wish to receive the order, mark the package RTS (Return to Sender) and decline it at the time of delivery. The shipping box MUST remain sealed to refuse an order.
You can pay for your product using online check, money order, credit card, or direct deposit. In case of direct deposit, call us to make the necessary arrangements.
We assure you that all your transactions are 100% safe with us. We use ANZ and Paypal, which are the most trusted methods of online payment.
You do not need a Paypal account to checkout with your credit card. Simply fill in your details in the space provided or use ANZ.
Rest assured that all your personal details are safe. We do not share any of your personal information with anyone.
Payment & Shipping
All payments to have capitals e.g Credit Card etc. and add Paypal into payment types.
Package will be in a Plain Australia Post Bag – not express. And Tracking will be emailed.
All our parcels are posted in express post bags and so no one will really know what is inside, apart from you.
Do not worry! No one will know where you have been doing your shopping as your statement will read Peter.
Most of our products are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Postage normally takes anything between 1-7 business days based on your location. Bear in mind that holidays and weekends are not regarded as business days. Also, if your product comes with batteries it has to be mailed by road.
You have 30 days to return the defective or damaged product. We will then either refund or replace the product as long as it is still in the packaging. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is an issue. Shipping the damaged product back to us is, however, your responsibility, and we will quickly ship a new replacement completely free of charge. Any returned item must have ALL the original parts and packaging including, controls, cords, blank warranty cards, instructions, and batteries.
If the product is not what you wanted then you have 30 days to return it. It MUST be unopened for it to be accepted.
Since we only provide our services in Australia, all our products are priced in Australian dollars.
